System monitors application transactions through two mechanisms virtual users (Business Process Monitor – BPM)real users (Real User Monitor – RUM) to detect incidents before they impact users and business services.

ITOM provides tools Diagnostics helps monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks on platforms such as Java or .Net, thereby quickly determining the root cause of incidents or performance degradation.

Solution Service Management Automation (SMA) supports IT service management according to ITIL processes including Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog Management.

Platform SMAX provides workflow automation capabilities, integration CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) on a unified platform.
